The Invisible String & the flying disc movie team, is coming to New York City again. We are shooting the final scene for the revealing documentary and we want you to join us! Does anyone remember THE BIG THROW, as it happenend at the Smithonian festivals back in the 1980´s in Washington DC. Well, The Invisible String plans to revive this spirit, when thousands gathered and darted, threw, hoovered, nailed, knived and painted the sky with plastic. Get ready folks, come to join us in Central Park to throw some Frisbees; remember: it´s World War free ! And as if this is not enough to yell out joyfully: We have discs to give away, make sure you sign up on this website asap. The first 500 will receive a disc, for free. Thanks to Bill Wright from www.wrightlife.com and www.discmania.de so far. Make sure to bring your friends as the sight of so many discs in the air is overwhelming – even for non-players. More information soon. We are looking forward to see you there. New York City, Central Park, Sheep Meadows September 25, 2pm. Don´t miss this

Is it at ‘Cheep’ meadow or ‘Sheep’?
World war-free(two words ). Dan has played , with rules, for over 300 people. We played in holland with Dutch translated rules and play with 30-40 people easily(at elementary schools).do you have a 2010 version either in Dutch or international English?
Sheep Meadow! I’ll be there.
I’ll be there with lots of memorabilia from as far back as 1965 when I came to NYC with my discs. I’ll take some NYFDI items, some graphics, disc designs , tournament relicks, photos, etc. (I designed that disc for the Smithsonian festival in 1980.)
See you at the Meadow.
Sounds Great, i am looking fwd. to meet you.
Awesome
